From the Bitnami support tool information, I saw this in the MySQL's log

It seems you ran into a disk space issue. However, it seems you already resolved that but there is not any new entry in the MySQL's log regarding a new start. Did you try to start the server again?
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start
If the database can't be started, let's try to recover the permissions configuration
