Bitnami.service fails to start at boot, but after a service restart it's ok

When server first boots the service does not start:

Feb 18 16:17:24 ip-172-17-2-24 systemd[1]: Failed to start LSB: Bitnami Init Script.

If I run systemctl restart bitnami.service then it starts up without issue.

I went ahead and updated the diagnostic tool to the latest version and re-ran it: 1051bc56-b477-cdec-c14d-0eb583135b4a

Do you get any error if you run the stop/start scripts manually?
