Bitnami Parse Server Service Unavailable Error - 503

I am not able to access Parse Dashboard and have followed this thread.

"sudo forever list" gives me the below output.

info: Forever processes running
data: uid command script forever pid id lo gfile uptime
data: [0] dYBX /opt/bitnami/nodejs/bin/.node.bin server.js 1945 4780 /o pt/bitnami/apps/parse/htdocs/logs/parse.log 0:0:0:18.511

I was able to access for just a few months since it was created

Hi @RyanLim1992,

Can you take a look at the Parse log files to see if there is any error there? You will probably find more information in that document

Update: I use the command "sudo rm -rf apps/parse/htdocs/logs/* to delete all logs but still not able to access Parse Dashboard..

Nothing in this file.. Sorry, i am new here.

I found out from parse.log file that i need to add an 'appName'. After added, I got this error "{"error":"unauthorized"}" instead..

Sorry.. I was accessing the wrong URL. It works after I deleted all log files and add appName parameter. Not sure which one did the trick though.. Thanks @jota
