any suggestion how can I fix it?

Hi @dhodyrahmad,

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Please note that you need to paste the code ID that is shown at the end.

Can you also run the next commands on your server?

sudo gonit status
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh status

Hi, thank you for your reply. This is code ID from support tool:

0497b9bf-80be-dfd3-d762-8ebfb6f0ed6b

and this is the output for both command:

Cannot find any running daemon to contact. If it is running, make sure you are pointing to the right pid file (/var/run/gonit.pid)

Hi @dhodyrahmad,

Thanks for the bnsupport code. I see you are running the Apache server installed from the system packages (apt-get) instead of the Bitnami one. Can you run the next commands to disable this service?

sudo systemctl disable apache2.service
sudo systemctl stop apache2.service

You can also remove that package from your server that is no longer needed

sudo apt-get remove --purge apache2

Apart from that, the tool detected a configuration issue in the Apache config. Can you check it?

apache2: Syntax error on line 112 of /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: module log_config_module is built-in and can't be loaded

After that, please try to start Bitnami services again

It works like a charm! the culprit of the problem its just because the apache blocking the bitnami service. It works well now, thank you @gongomgra !

Hi @dhodyrahmad,

Thanks for the info. I’m glad you fixed your issue! We will close this thread as solved. Please do not hesitate to open a new one with any other questions you may have.
