Could it be the Windows firewall? In any case, it's really strange it happens to your work computer.
We would appreciate if you could execute the following command, and send us the
trace.txt file (generated in your current working directory, you can find it with "
pwd"), via the command prompt (
bitnami-suitecrm-7.8.2-0-windows-installer.exe --debugtrace trace.txt
If it does not get generated after exiting, could you check if it appears in the Task Manager (
taskmgr.exe)? Also, in that case, send us the generated
synctrace.txt file generated via this command:
bitnami-suitecrm-7.8.2-0-windows-installer.exe --syncdebugtrace synctrace.txt
As an alternative to get it installed sooner than later, just install it in your home computer, and copy the entire installation directory to your new machine. Please make sure that the installation directory's path is exactly the same, or it won't work.
In any case, we would really appreciate if you could send us any of the files above, to check if we can do something to fix the installers for cases like these ones.
