Bitnami CanvasLMS errs on LTI 1.3 launch

Description:
This can be a specific or any Bitnmai CanvasLMS installation. The issue is that it is missing a file that is needed to launch any external app from CanvasLMS using LTI 1.3 standards. My suggestion is to add this file. It is very time-consuming to know what the problem is.
