I don't know a lot about Ubuntu and Tomcat, and perhaps somebody can help me.
I have a java application deployed in Tomcat that use some python scripts.
Everything is ok with python installation, if I try the scripts from the command line they work ok.
The problem is that one of the python process use a library located in /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu (libexpat.so.1.6.0), as I told you, from command line it works, but when my application call it, the library from /opt/bitnami/common/lib is used, and I get an error.
I don't know if it is a Tomcat configuration problem, or the user environment variables under Tomcat runs.
Does anybody know how to solve that?
In the meanwhile, I have renamed the /opt/bitnami/common/lib directory and my java application works ok, but I don't like it, I don't know in what other programs the bitnami libs are used and how can affect that.
Thanks in advance!
