After reading this guide I understood how to disable the default prefix URL and use a virtual host for my application instead. However, I'm 100% sure if I need to leave the bitnami.conf unchanged or whether it's okay to delete the default settings. For example, there are some default settings that have AllowOverride set to All in bitnami.conf and I'm not sure if that's secure enough.
If you could please alleviate my worries or point me to the best practices, I would really appreciate it.
I basically want to use bitnami in a similar way I used apache before with individual config files under sites-available/enabled and be positive that everything is locked down.
