I have a similar problem as @torri.andrea described in here. However in my case it's happening only with office docs (e.g. docx). PDFs and images are previewing correctly. This is what I'm getting in the alfresco.log:
2020-03-10 09:01:42,963 ERROR [org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.AbstractRuntime] [ajp-nio-8009-exec-11] Exception from executeScript: 02100021 The content node was not specified so the content cannot be streamed to the client: classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/thumbnail/thumbnail.get.js
org.springframework.extensions.webscripts.WebScriptException: 02100021 The content node was not specified so the content cannot be streamed to the client: classpath*:alfresco/templates/webscripts/org/alfresco/repository/thumbnail/thumbnail.get.js
The issue of @torri.andrea was closed by @miguelaeh explaining that it was a misconfiguration of the transformation engine and that it is already solved in a newer version of the stack. Is it what is happening in my case? And if so, what is the best way to apply the corresponding modifications to solve the issue in my setup?
I'm working in AWS with the Alfresco Stack 201911-3. The EC2 instance is behind an ALB.
Shall I upgraded as it's described in the docs? That is, install a new version of the stack and then transfer the existing content repository to it? Or should I add any configuration to my ALB to preview office docs?
