I have accessed to this IP address using my browser and the result is
As you can see, on the server using this IP, you have installed other WordPress. If you look at the right corner you will see that the banner does not appear, this is because all the commands and solutions previously proposed have worked. The problem is that you are running the commands on the wrong server.
Your website (www.mountainpassmarketing.com) associated IP is
18.104.22.168, I've found it using nslookup (is a program to query Internet domain name servers).
