Banned from let's encrypt due to too many attempts to generate certicat

Hello,

My developer was trying to regenerate our https certificate today, he made too many requests to let's encrypt and now we are no longer authorized to generate a new certificate.

Our site is in production and our customers can no longer access it, it is a case of extreme urgency.

Do you have an alternative solution?

I sent an email to let's encrypt pending their response ...

Let's Encrypt enforces its own rate limits which reset automatically. You can read more about this at https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/. Alternatively you can consider purchasing a certificate from a commercial provider.
