Keywords: Odoo - AWS - How to - Email configuration (SMTP)
Reaching out to the community here because I have not be able to find a solution.
I have configured SMTP successfully. I want to track all inbound and outbound correspondence within Odoo. I cannot wrap my head round the AWS Workmail set up and Odoo Inbound server settings. AWS does not provide organization user/pass credentials. Only Organiztion ID, ARN, Alias, Directory ID, Directory Ype.
create one catchall@ alias in AWS Workmail
Create access control rule
Use IMAP configuration
I've tried the above and get reply
Server replied with following exception:
[UNAVAILABLE] Temporary authentication failure.
Is there a Apache module or other odoo config setting that I may need to modify that could be causing this?
