Thanks for using Bitnami Magento!
A DNS domain records the association between a domain name, e.g
abc.com, and a host(s), e.g. the IP of your instance. That is so that when you type
abc.com in your browser your computer knows that it must head to the machine with IP
That being said, a domain cannot contain any paths in its name so
abc.com/blog is not a valid domain name you can register, but a URL path.
An alternative to this would be having your secondary machine use the subdomain
blog.abc.com, which is valid and you can configure to use the correct IP. Would that be an option for you?
