We have a website hosted across two identical Lightsail instances with a load balancer. Both instances return a 504 error when pinged directly, and are failing the LB's health check. But both indicate under the Metrics tab that they are healthy.
AWS support reviewed the instance configuration, and found no issues. I spun up a new instance from a backup made yesterday (10/2) and it too is giving a 504 error. I've run your support tool on the first Lightsail instance and received this code: 2a6fbca8-cb81-b7d3-9df6-ead8e3e5e4c1
Can you please assist us with getting our site back online?
