One of my two Lightsail instances (both hosting the same website via a load balancer) is giving an HTTP internal 500 error. Per AWS support, it looks healthy on the Infrastructure level with the instance and system status checks passing, and all instance level metrics values being in limit. As far as I can tell, it is configured the same as the healthy instance.
I have installed and run the Bitnami diagnostic tool, and am happy to share the results. Can someone please assist us with getting this server back healthy?
