As you can see, the users are talking about CloudFront, are you using it or a similar cache system? If so, maybe that ticket can help you. You will need to change the Apache's configuration.
If you are directly accessing the instance, could you please let us know the value of the domain parameter in the app's config (/opt/bitnami/apps/canvaslms/htdocs/config/domain.yml)
