I'm using a the local installer for MAMP 7.2.4 and a Wordpress module. I didn't change any configuration files. Everything functions as it should, but I'm getting a weird 404 error for an Ajax call to admin-ajax.php. The file is there and the request functions 2 times, but the server returns a 404 on the third similar request :
::1 - - [05/May/2018:10:04:37 +0200] "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1" 200 70
::1 - - [05/May/2018:10:04:39 +0200] "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1" 200 72
::1 - - [05/May/2018:10:04:42 +0200] "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1" 404 73
I do not have error neither in the apache error_log nor in the php debug.log
When I debug my php script, I can see for the third chunk that php doesn't throw an error and is going till the end, producing a json file and a success as answer. But the 404 is returned from the server before the execution of the third chunk finished.
To me, it looks like something between the apache server itself and the php script is shutting down the connection and returning the 404 error.
Can somebody help me on this one? I would be happy to have any hints or a direction to look at for since I really don't have a clue what could cause this problem. Thanks in advance!
