Apache has problem starting

Hi @perryg,

It seems another instance of Apache is already running, it’s the system’s apache, installed using a package manager. You can stop it using the following command:

sudo service apache2 stop

After that you can start the Bitnami Apache component:

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start apache

I tried it but it didnt help.

Can you try this:

sudo apt-get remove apache2
sudo apt-get purge apache2
