bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

Description:
The load balncer on Google Cloud reports the instance is not healthy at least once a day for the last week. I restart apache and the site is instantly back online. I currently have 8 cors, and 40GB or ram on the server N2 Custom. The error log is not showing any issue at the time of these events, the CPU remains low, and the memory use remains low. Despite those issue the site will go offline, the gateway timeout issue page will show, and it will not recover until I manually restart apache.

Hi @nckabob,

PHP-FPM seems to be reaching the limits and that may be the reason why you need to restart the services

cat /opt/bitnami/php/logs/php-fpm.log
[11-Oct-2021 18:45:08] WARNING: [pool www] seems busy (you may need to increase pm.start_servers, or pm.min/max_spare_servers), spawning 32 children, there are 248 idle, and 298 total children

You can edit those values in the /opt/bitnami/php/etc/memory.conf file. This guide might help you set the correct number of processes to use

Happy to help!
