Hi @shihabistiak, unfortunately we've not been able to reproduce your issues in our Manjaro environment. We followed these steps:
- Install Manjaro w/ XFCE from the ISO
- Install Django 2.2.2
- Install Manjaro updates
And Apache works perfectly.
Could you try and download the new Bitnami Django stack 2.2.2 and let us know if it works? Note that it includes an updated OpenSSL version, which could be the reason for your issue.
