Apache Airflow Container Image - Docker Compose fails with HNS error

Description:
1. I'm running docker-compose.yml file available at https://github.com/bitnami/bitnami-docker-airflow/blob/master/docker-compose.yml file via 'Docker Compose' (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/pipelines/tasks/build/docker-compose?view=azure-devops) task from Azure DevOps and it fails with below error,

[error]Creating network "airflow_default" with the default driver

[error]HNS failed with error : The parameter is incorrect.

Does "Apache Airflow Container Image" available in Azure Marketplace has all resources needed for Airflow like Front End App, Scheduler, Database, Cache and Worker?
I know that the docker-compose.yml referred above has all these resources but would like to confirm on the "Apache Airflow Container Image" here
