We recently launched a Bitnami instance of osclass on Amazon AWS via Bitnami Hosting.
We also have a separate instance of osclass running on a separate shared Host that is working perfect. We use FileZilla to edit, replace, rename, chmod files located on the shared host server without any problems typically.
Our Bitnami + AWS issues:
We have downloaded our SSH key, and are able to successfully connect to our Bitnami + AWS + OSCLASS server root files via FileZilla. Our problem is that we seem to have no editing permissions to rename, upload, edit, or CHMOD any of the files. What are we missing?
This is currently causing problems with a premium theme we recently purchased and installed on osclass + required plugins.
Our guess is that osclass server has it's permissions set too strict for things to work properly, or the user "bitnami" doesn't have the proper permisisons.
Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks!
