Alfresco stack + Limesurvey stack

Keywords: Alfresco - Linux - Technical issue - Other
Description:
Hi, I install on centos server bitnami Alfresco stack and it works perfectly.
Then I install Limesurvey stack on the same server.
When I try to launch Limesurvey “./ctlscript.sh start” I get:

  • httpd started at port 81
  • mysql could not be started
Where I can find a log that tracks the mysql error?
What could be a possible reason why mysql won’t start?
    Thanks!

Hello @rpink789,

You should have a mysqld.log file under your /opt/bitnami/(mysql/mariadb) directory.

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Please note that you need to paste the code ID that is shown at the end.

Regards

Hi @davidg and thank you for the reply,
in the meantime I have reinstalled Limesurvey stack on another Centos server. I no longer have the “mysql problem” but now I have this message during the installation:

computer.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]: Y

Some idea?

Hello @rpink789.

Could you let us know which exact version of Centos did you use? Also, it would be great if you could tun the support tool there to obtain the installation logs.

Regards

I solved; I checked the server’s internet connection and reinstall the stack without problems.
Thank you!
