The email notification was working fine when I first set it up. And now, probably 7 days later, without any changes, one of my colleagues found when he created a new site and invite external users to his site, that external user never get email notification.. Not sure why this is happening, any idea will be appreciated.
The things have checked so far:
- That notification email address used are working fine to send out emails.
- That notification email address used are not working well to receive reply emails(weird).
- The notification email address is an exchange email account, and I apply a email proxy on it.
