I have been talking with my colleagues a little more about the issue and we have found a possible solution.
Access to your instance via ssh, google console or your favorite way.
The first step is to change the default password for
bitnami user because if we deactivate the ssh key option, using the default password it is not secure. Run:
sudo passwd bitnami
and choose a new password.
After that, we will go to configure ssh to accept connections using
user/password method and not ssh key. Open the configuration file with:
sudo vim /etc/ssh/sshd_config
replace these two lines and save the file:
after that, you should restart
sudo service ssh restart
With these steps done you should be able to connect to your instance via ssh using your password chosen in the first step.
