Did you modify any configuration files of the installation?
This was a fresh install with no customisation. Only non-admin change was updating the Static IP as per Bitnami documentation
What did you do before running into that issue?
Last change was the addition of some categories. However, I noticed that the system automatically re-deployed itself twice... (see screen shot of VM 'Operations' attached)
Did you modify any settings in the database?
Zero - have yet to access the database directly
Did you configure the email settings to recover your password?
I wasn't aware a specific configuration change had to be made to enable this. Regardless. Two users were created. Neither of the users will allow access (and the credentials were functioning on the day the instance was launched)
