I have the need to adjust some permissions on one of the folders in my Bitnami Moodle stack on windows server. The basics of the issue is that I have a SAML2 plugin that I have installed on my Moodle system. I am trying to enable the logging feature and when I do the system gives me an error message of
"Could not create logfile: /apache2/logs/simplesamlphp.log The logging directory is not writable for the web server user"
I have looked everywhere I can think of and based on what I have found the Web Server user is Dameon but I can't find where to adjust the permissions to allow these plugins to write the log file. Everywhere I look it refers to doing this on a Linux OS but nothing I have found applies to do this on a Windows OS.
