Hi there,

I was having trouble loading the website and connecting to the server via SSH. From the Lightsail dashboard, CPU utilization goes to 99%. After about 2 hours the issue went away and the website returned to normal.

I ran the Support Tool and here is the code

Can you please check what the issue could be?

Hi,

I just had another similar issue when I tried to update the homepage. The server went unresponsive for like 2 hour or so. I ran the support tool again. and here is the code: 7c05cce7-0c0d-cbbe-9fc9-c0e0f9b270dd

Can you please check with this code as well to see if it is the same issue?

Hi @gotbike2,

It seems you have little available RAM left on your machine. I recommend upgrading to a larger instance:

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes the server is relatively small because the website is under development. Is the RAM the issue you saw from the error code?

Yes, in most cases these errors are due to a lack of memory.
