You don't need to run the Bitnami HTTPS configuration tool because the Load Balancer is in charge of providing the SSL certificates. However, there is something I do not understand. Your domain resolves to the instance's IP so you are not using any load balancer, did you change that?
If you don't have a load balancer, you will need to run the Bitnami HTTPS configuration tool to generate the certificate in the instance.
Regarding the errors, I found this one in the Apache's log
[Tue May 26 16:54:19.471729 2020] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 6481:tid 140035504293632] [client 184.108.40.206:64597] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: <b>Detecting configuration</b>PHP message: Check SSL by retrieving SSL certificate infoPHP message: siteurl or home url defines found in wpconfig', referer: http://www.forumbrands.co/wp-admin/admin.php?page=monsterinsights_reports
Can you configure the domain name of WordPress in its conf file?
