502 Bad Gateway NGINX

Can you use a bigger instance?


I also see you have a lot of PHP errors in the NGINX log related to WordPress plugins. Can you check them? The file is located at /opt/bitnami/nginx/logs/error.log

Hello. I increased the instance and it really worked! Thank you very much! As for errors, they are 90% linked to Woocomerce Subscriptions and according to my research, nobody knows how to solve them. A question, how did you check the status of my server?

Thanks for your message. I hope you can find a solution for the WooCommerce plugin issues. Regarding the system information, when you run the bnsupport tool it runs some commands on your server and it sends the output to our server so we can help you to debug your issues.
