bndiagnostic failure reason: I do not know how to perform the changes explained in the documentation

Description:
Cant access webpage, I have deactivated plugins via ftp and its not working. Error happened after trying to install a plugin.

Hi @muniravila,

Can you try to deactivate all plugins?

wp plugin deactivate --all

And reset permissions:

sudo chown -R bitnami:daemon /opt/bitnami/wordpress/
sudo find /opt/bitnami/wordpress/ -type d -exec chmod 775 {} \;
sudo find /opt/bitnami/wordpress/ -type f -exec chmod 664 {} \;
sudo chmod 640 /opt/bitnami/wordpress//wp-config.php

And then restart Nginx:

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart nginx

Michiel
