I've installed a vnc server and chrome.

I'd like less server errors and/or to get alerts that they are occuring and know how to deal with them.
Every day while I'm accessing the app, the app hangs or I get 500 errors.
The 500 errors tell me that an alert has been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (which is different from the app email@example.com".
How do I change the firstname.lastname@example.org to an email address I want the alerts to go to?
How do I solve the 500 errors and hanging problem? Should I wait and it will correct itself after how much time?
Currently to solve the problem I'm rebooting the machine from the bitnami vm page ... https://aws.bitnami.com/vms/...
