Yes, I did restart the Apache after the changes.
I have recently migrated joomla to a new version (from /opt/joomla-3.6.2-1 to /opt/joomla-3.9.4-0). During this process, I did modify several conf files, but it would be hard to provide a full inclusive list by heart. As a certain minimum I did change at least: /opt/joomla-3.9.4-0/apache2/conf/httpd.conf, /opt/joomla-3.9.4-0/apps/joomla/conf/httpd-vhosts.conf, /opt/joomla-3.9.4-0/apps/joomla/conf/htaccess.conf.
The biggest challenge was to have the site working without a reference to the index.php file, so for example http://hamm3r.net/contact-us.
Once everything worked fine over http, I have obtained the required certificates and made the required changed for https. In this process, the /opt/joomla-3.9.4-0/apache2/conf/httpd.conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf was updated.
The last step I wanted to make is to redirect all requests to https as the default. But as I have the given issue over https, I could not yet do this.
An other very strange behaviour I have just noticed. On the upper part of the main page over http, there should be a logo, which does not display properly. Right clicking on the wrong picture and copying link address gives: https://hamm3r.net/images/hamm3r.jpg. I really do not understand why this single logo is referenced as https...
I did change the setting to forceHTTPS, which I had to revert due to the issue, and maybe this reverting was not complete? Anyhow, even if this is strange, maybe this is second priority, as once the root cause of the https issue might be found, maybe this other strange behavior would no longer be important. Just wanted to mention, maybe helps anything.
I have rerun the tool again:
Many thanks for taking the time and looking at it!!!!
