404 not found, Just installed wp multisite now and unable to access wp admin, getting 404 not found error instead

Description:
I used to have wp on my computer however i have recently uninstalled the stack in order to install a wp multisite stack. installation went well the third time after ensuring all files related to previous installation were removed. Im able to access localhost as well as http://localhost/bitnami/index.html without any issues, however, when trying to login i am then unable to access wp-admin as ive explained.

How are you trying to access the wp-admin page? Are you directly inputing the URL? If so, what is the URL you are trying to access?

Thanks for sharing the steps you followed! This is a known issue and we have a task in our backlog in order to fix it. The link in the welcome page is broken, but still you can access the Admin console if you go to:

http://localhost/wp-admin/

Could you please try it and report back?

Hi, yes of course i have also tried that, the following error i get on the log in screen says i need to enable my cookies, which they are enabled, ive tried it on different browsers and still get the same error message. It comes up whether i enter valid user credentials or non existing user creds as well. I cannot seem to get past this error.

this fix did not work. I've added both lines individually and subsequently, fix does not work.

Try restarting the apache server and clearing your browser's cache & cookies before retrying. To restart your apache server, please refer to the following guide:

I have noticed that you are using Google Chrome, you may find instructions on how to clear cache and cookies here:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

If you still experience issues, we have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
