I have wordpress on the cloud.
After configuring for multisites, it seems to work after testing.
For site domain.com/wordpress/, the siteview page link does not work when trying to view each individual post or trying to add a comment. Seems to revert back to domain.com/wordpress/ even after clicking the add comment.
For site domain.com/wordpress/rroslan/ works fine, can add comment and view each individual post.
This problem starts after a schedule restart on the server, manually changing the custom domain in the database and the config.php (moodle). Are there others I need changing?
If I cannot solve this, I have to destroy the server which I am not keen on doing.
Hope some one out there can spot the problem.

We have just released WordPress Multisite already configured for different domains, maybe that helps you: http://bitnami.com/stack/wordpress
WordPress ships a tool for updating the IP or domain afer a reboot. If you have cusomized your domain, you should rename or remove the /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/updateip tool.

You can download the Stack and install it in a different folder. The installer will ask you for free ports and you be able to use different ports. For example 81.
