Newbie, so apologies if this is really simple.
I am trying to install a second Bitnami Wordpress stack on my computer. As I understand it, the stack is fully contained within its directory, so provided I install the second copy in a new location (which I did), there shouldn't be a problem running two.
However, I can't get it to work. I've installed Bitnami, gone through the registration page, selected different ports to the original, gone into Windows Firewall to make sure it's allowing those ports, but not getting anything. When I click run for the first time, all I get is Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost:81 (the apache port number I chose).
I've gone into the manager-windows.exe file for both installs, tried turning off the servers on the original working install, restarted the 2nd install's servers, same result.
I've tried it with different ports, with 192.168.0.2 instead of localhost...
I've run out of ideas and knowledge. What have I missed out?

That is strange. Do you have enabled any firewall enabled?

Do you know what, I should really have tried doing what the guys on the IT crowd recommend.... turned the computer off and on and it worked! Thanks for the reply

Hehe :) I'm glad to hear that.
