The install was done using the latest Windows Moodle Stack Installer.
I've tried enabling the authentication LDAP plugin in moodle 2.1.2 and it keeps giving me the following error.
"The PHP LDAP module does not seem to be present. Please ensure it is installed and enabled if you want to use this authentication plugin."
I've gone into the php.ini file located in 'C:Program FilesBitNami Moodle Stackphp' and uncommented the entry 'extension=php_ldap.dll'
I've made sure that the path for 'extension_dir' was uncommented and shows the correct path since the installer did the whole setup. See below for entry
; Directory in which the loadable extensions (modules) reside.
extension_dir = "C:/Program Files/BitNami Moodle Stack/php/ext"
; On windows:
; extension_dir = "ext"
If someone could please offer some assistance on where to go next that would be great. Thank You
Windows XP SP3
Windows 2008 32bit

Besides doing what I did above it's VERY important to add the path to the PHP folder in windows. Just go the environment variables under system properties/advanced...edit the PATH option to include the path to the PHP folder...restart windows and all is good.

Thanks for posting the solution. I'm sure this will be helpful for other BitNami users.
