A common question, I'm sure, but I'm having connectivity issues with my instance. I can connect with WinSCP, but I can't use the public DNS of the bitnami instance or the ec2 instance it's running on. This was fine earlier this morning, now I can't even ping it. The DNS resolves to the correct IP when pinging, and if the server is stopped, I get the page stating the server isn't running when trying via browser, but when it is running and I can connect with WinSCP, I can't connect via browser or ping.
Any help would be most welcome.

It seems the server is not active. The domain name pgh311.bitnamiapp.com does not match with an active server in BitNami Cloud Hosting. Did you change the domain name? Could you see your server in the BitNami Cloud Hosting admin panel?
